If you want to return your product for whatever reason, you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@limberlux.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after receipt of your return, provided that the product has been received in good order.
If the product or packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on a value reduction to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged for return.
Hygiene items such as rose quartz rollers may not contain traces of use when returning, if this is the case, we cannot reimburse them.
